On October 17th, WiCS hosted a panel of 5 Bloomberg engineers, who shared their experiences of working at Bloomberg. They particularly emphasized Bloomberg philanthropy and the focus of the company on giving back to society. They also elaborated on the corporate structure, which is extremely flat and allows for everyone to have access to important decision making processes.
